Controller


A solar controller is an electronic device that controls the circulating pump in a solar hot water system to harvest as much heat as possible from the solar panels and protect the system from overheating. A solar charge controller is considered necessary in all solar systems safeguarding the batteries from overcharge and excessive discharge.

The purpose of the controller in the solar system is to reassure that the battery is charged to its fullest and to keep it charged to the fullest without destruction to the battery
